Comfortable for workout.and effective

I bought this vest to add weight to my walking routine and it is very effective. I noticed better slimming results after wearing it for a couple of weeks. I got the 12 lbs vest and it is an honest 12 lbs! I get a workout just putting it on and you know you've gotten in a good workout when you are done. I walk 3.5 miles a day first thing in the morning and like I said before, with this vest, I am enjoying the results I am seeing!
