Review on RLM Apparel Software by Bryan Fields

I like that it is easy to use - my customers can purchase with confidence knowing their data will be protected. The best part about this program has been its ease of integration which was one of our key requirements for our POS system in order to avoid any vendor lock-in or having to learn more expensive point solutions. There does not seem to be an issue being addressed in terms of security/data protection as we expect the data entered into RLM to remain fully confidential and secure regardless of what it may do elsewhere. A couple areas could improve upon include making sure employees have training so they know how to navigate through and utilize different features easily. We were able to implement RLM without needing to invest thousands in purchasing another application because there were many available for free via open source but were missing critical prerequisites needed at the time such as mobile payments functionality. Overall satisfied with the product - nothing not enough! Security concerns, especially with credit card data entered manually by sales associates; increased ability for customer privacy with automatic encryption and authorization options within app itself. The ease of use is great! It's intuitive which makes it very user friendly as well as making easy to navigate through all parts of the program. I like how customizable you can make each part in order for customers satisfaction. This product has helped save time by being able to track everything we do within one system. We were using multiple Excel files where there was no consistency or organization between them so this helps keep things organized with just 1 source document.
