The product has been shelved but a bit late. Since it runs a version of Debian Linux, you can install all kinds of server software on it, like Apache, SQL, etc. It's a big leap - 3b only has 1GB of memory, while 4B has four, which offers Sub - 100US -$ Desktop-class performance, not to mention it now has a gigabit ethernet interface instead of the previous 3b model's 300MB. This kit contains everything you need: Raspberry Pi 4B with 1, 2 or 4 GB or RAM (I have 4), official Raspberry Pi USBC power supply, official Raspberry Pi case, 4 heatsinks (which you will need if the board gets really hot, especially if you leave it on 24 hours a day like I did), a quick start guide (who needs it) and a micro HDMI to HDMI adapter that lets you connect it to your TV or Your HDMI display can connect cables that may be in your house (you have them, don't you?). Definitely recommend.
