I'm happy with this watch because of how quiet it is and because of its natural characteristics. Wood is exactly what I was looking for in my office. All in all this is a good watch for a small price. The four-star rating is due to the fact that the back cover cannot be easily removed and requires a screwdriver to open it. Once I opened it up, I attached a piece of washi tape to the inside of the back panel, making sure it was long enough to stick out when I placed the back on the clock. This allows a small handle to easily remove the back panel when I need to change batteries or set the time. DO NOT set the clock hands by hand. Use the dial on the back of the watch. Clock hands are very fragile and can break off.
