My package arrived damaged. The outer crate appears to have fallen and the frames inside have buckled where the outer straps used by the shippers to lift this heavy crate were. I was able to straighten out the bent frames enough to assemble them in a few hours. The downloadable PDF user manual was outdated but had very clear graphics. The document that came with the delivery was up to date, so I used both for assembly. The assembled unit looks pretty good, but the front door doesn't hang straight. The back panel gives it stability so I can understand why it isn't removable like the side panels. The noise level from two fans is unacceptable. Outside the room where the block is located you can hear someone taking a shower. I hear the sound of fans from the next room. I need to buy two new silent fans to replace them. Considering the cost of the unit plus two new fans, I don't know how the cost compares to other brands that are better built.
