Fits Port Tool Trolley

Perfect replacement for USA brand tool trolley. I push my cart at about 5 miles a day for a 12 hour shift, these rollers are very smooth, even though my cart weighs almost 250 pounds, it's 100 times better than the tool cart that comes with.
