Ease of use - I can go in and make changes quickly without having to wait for an IT person or consultant. Customization is limited but we had no issues with it when using our own resources. We were able to customize some things that was not available out-of-the box. Limited customization options if you don't have your own staff dedicated to this type of work. As mentioned above ease of use. If there are any problems, someone from support will be notified immediately and assist as needed until issue resolved.
