Review on BlueStep EHR Platform by Christopher Todd

I like that it is so customizable! It's very user friendly; however there are some things you can't do with this software because of its limitations (e.g., cannot create custom reports). Also, sometimes when updating your chart or entering information into an appointment/visit section, it will freeze up and become unresponsive - which makes me wonder if my computer has been infected by malware? This was not something we could have known about before purchasing our product. However, after having used other electronic medical record systems in previous jobs, this system seems more intuitive than those others were. The interface between patient visits and appointments works well. We've realized how much time is wasted searching through files just trying to find what we're looking for during a visit instead of being able to enter notes directly from where they should be entered.
