Not fully compatible with Garmin nuvi 2597LMT

So what's up? I connected the power cable to my Garmin and it says the connected power cable is not traffic compatible. Traffic service is disabled. Connect the correct power cable to receive traffic. This allows my Garmin to stay on so I don't know what's wrong with this cable. So sad
