**UPDATE** Dead battery. I have no plans to shoot down the stars but this remote only worked for a week and then became intermittent. I have noticed that the LED goes out and then no longer connects or only stays connected for a short time. I bought a new battery for it (Cr2016 tablet) and it has full power again and a solid connection. Who knows when the original battery was fitted, but batteries are dying. That's the truth of life. I hope nobody leaves bad reviews because of battery issues. Please replace the battery first. They're like 3 bucks. Below is the first review: I received this because I just bought a 2012 used car and the stereo does not have bluetooth connectivity. I can't fiddle with my cell phone while driving. The police are vigilantly monitoring this violation. I also drive a mechanic. My handlebars are a bit thick so I can't hold it there, but it manages to squeeze into it. It's very small, so I'll probably just add velcro and find a place on the dash. Connects easily and stably. The buttons feel sturdy for their size. I will also use it at work as I am everywhere and leave my phone next to a bluetooth speaker. I can't say anything bad about this little button. That's great.
