Review on Hamilton Single Thick Deluxe Collar Dogs by Norma Hoffman

My dogs wear 16 inch collars all the time. A 16 inch collar should have a standard size of 16 inches. This collar is not 16 inches long, it is 14 inches long, so it should be marked as a 14 inch collar and not a 16 inch collar. I should note that I buy LOTS of collars - that doesn't mean I don't know how to size my dogs and what they typically wear. I have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and they each have about 50 collars. yes there are so many Needless to say, I'm fairly familiar with collars, so size isn't usually an issue. I really don't know how Hamilton can call that a 16" collar - it's NOT a 16" collar. Even if you measure it by the buckle, it's not a full 16 inches long. This is a 14 inch collar. When I received the collar it also had a stain and was generally dirty. I was very dissatisfied with this purchase. I would recommend buying a different collar. The only thing I liked about this collar is the color. In general this collar doesn't fit my dog so it was a waste of money.
