Review on πŸ’ͺ KAGED MUSCLE Preworkout Powder - Intense Energy, Focus, and Pumps for Men & Women - Highly Rated Fruit Punch Pre-Workout Supplement with Natural Flavors by Ryan Eppinger

Revainrating 2 out of 5

What this pre-workout REALLY is:

The medium could not be loaded. I have been involved in health and fitness for over 13 years. I usually know a lot about it. Let me explain what each ingredient in this product is, how it affects you, and why you should care. .L-Citrulline 6.5g is one of the few ingredients that makes a difference. Important for the pump. But "fermented" marketing garbage. L-Leucine 1.75g, L-Isoleucine 0.875g and L-Valine 0.875g Fermented (BCAAs) are so unnecessary in a pre-workout it's driving me crazy. You don't need protein every chance you get. It's a waste. Have you ever left a protein shaker in the car after using it? It's ALSO FERMENTED! Happy drinking! L-Leucine 3 g - more leucine. More fermented waste. Betaine 2.5g – Another really valuable supplement. Works great with beta-alanine and creatine. Pushes water in and pumps you up too. Beta Alanine 1.6g is good. However, for the full effect, you need to take 3.2g per day for a month. You can't just take it once a day and hope for the best. This pre-training alone is not enough. Creatine HCL 1.5g Well, creatine is one of the proven muscle building supplements. You will always retain more water in your muscles when you take creatine, but this allows you to lift more weight and therefore become stronger than you would without creatine. Regardless of the deflation afterwards. Unfortunately, this is the same story as with beta-alanine. That is not enough. You must take more than 1.5 g daily. Coconut water powder 0.5 g - What? Serious? Oh well. SPECTRA ORAC blend. For those of you who don't know, Orac is a fancy acronym for Antioxidant Capacity. So it's only a meager 0.1g of antioxidants. It's very lame to be honest. Gimmicky.Taurine 2g - Good.N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine 1g - L-Tyrosine is an improved form of it. But in any case, it won't do you any good if you don't eat healthy every day. Tyrosine is a precursor to dopamine and norepinephrine. Your body is probably getting enough. But after those late parties every weekend, you know better. L-Tyrosine 0.85g fermented - Oh look, we have that here too! It's still so unnecessary. What are the benefits of fermentation? Literally nothing. Organic Caffeine 0.274g is a lot of caffeine. Just think about it. Also unnecessary. At least you have the option to add it or not. Now for my FAVORITE PART: The other ingredients. Here's how to tell if the company you're buying from really cares about health and fitness! Citric acid does not come from citrus fruits. Grown on black mold. I dont lie. It should not be in your food or supplements. Natural flavors are just as bad as artificial flavors. Food companies are allowed to add up to 100 chemicals to a natural extract or ingredient (natural simply means derived from a plant or animal source) and these are considered "adventitious additives" and are not included in the ingredients list. Serious. Beetroot powder - color. Because you're a kid and you care a lot about how your powder looks. Silicon dioxide is a release agent. Improves powder distribution. Neither good nor bad. It's clear. Steviol glycosides - Stevia sweetener. Don't believe it. but at least not. SACRALOSA - Damn it. It's the worst thing in the world to be honest. I don't care who you are, what you do or what you eat, it shouldn't be in your diet. Trust me. From years of experience with this chemical that causes bulimia, anxiety, and depression, I can tell you that it's awful. Oh, and it can cause cancer. And that too. Calcium silicate – another release agent? Why two? Sea salt is the best electrolyte. Now that you know what it contains, I'll give you my take on this product: It's a bunch of unnecessary crap with MAYBE 6 decent ingredients. There are 20 servings. how much did you pay for it Does this get you 20 or fewer workouts and does it also contain harmful fillers? What do I need this for? Well I don't want to. What I want? I recently started buying 6 key ingredients that REALLY work that are in almost EVERY effective pre-workout and I blend them in a blender, pour into a jar and keep in the fridge. It is very easy to calculate the amount of each powder. I just use the most effective dose found in the health/fitness studies (I've posted a video on how I do it, I hope it helps some of you make a decent, really healthy pre-workout powder) . Then every day I get it, I scoop it into flat paper which is an edible film cone. Then I close the lid, put it in my mouth and swallow. Why do I do this? Because tasteless fitness powders taste terrible. And it allows me to take a lot at once without experiencing the taste and feeling that it's being eaten. Much faster than capsules. It's a lot cheaper and healthier than pre-mixes, and I don't have to worry about what other ingredients are in the pre-workout I'm using since I made it myself. I can also choose how many ingredients I want. Including creatine and caffeine which not everyone uses (especially my fiancΓ©). I get really angry at companies that don't care about health. I personally think the problem is that most fitness people are obsessed with looks. That's great, and that's why I'm still involved in the cause. BUT you won't look good if you're NOT REALLY healthy on the inside. BELIEVE ME. Let me also add that our mind is particularly important in maintaining good health. With all that said, I hope this will help some of you reconsider your relationship with dietary supplements.
