I've bought about two 12-packs of this tea every month for the past few years. I recently received what I can imagine a bad batch. Compare the color of the liquid in the two bottles shown. The lighter colored tea has a very faint tea flavor that overpowers what I can best describe as a chemical smell, a bit like mild turpentine. Not only does it taste different from the tea I used to buy, it's so unpleasant you can't drink it. I very, very rarely contact support with complaints. If it was just one bottle I would have declined but it was the whole 12 pack. So I emailed the company with the address on the bottle. Then I also emailed the customer support address listed on the company's website, just in case. When I didn't get a response after about a week, I tried filling out an online customer service form. Again nothing. There is not even a confirmation that I have contacted them, let alone that I have contacted them in three different ways. I would accept a simple confirmation message and would be happy if they offer to replace the 12 pack. But the fact that I didn't reply at all is really amazing and I have little faith that this company cares about their customers. Too bad there are only a few companies that make plain unsweetened iced teas. Despite the lack of alternatives, I find it difficult to pay more attention to it.
