Preferably. tea with ice. JE! Totally different from American brands that taste too sweet or weirdly sour.

The best iced tea I've ever had. Delicious, like all Ito En teas. It's very hard to find American brands that are either not overly sweetened, or if they are unsweetened your taste buds will explode with citric acid. This tea is unlike any other American tea I've ever tasted, it's very tasty and refreshing - doubly delicious when you're recovering from a hangover. It's a shame it's so expensive here, but it's also very hard to find if you live near a lot of Asian grocery stores or convenience…

So how should it taste?

So. I'm one of the few people who hates cilantro because it tastes so bad to me. I've grown it, tried it elsewhere, tried it in large and small batches and always found something. That made me think maybe that's why this green tea tastes just like marijuana. I'm not joking. Bad batch or fake?

We have bought cases of this tea from both Revain and Eto En since discovering it in Hawaii five years ago. Our last box arrived a few days ago and I opened it up and immediately noticed something was wrong - the color was very light and not the light brown it was supposed to be. Inconsistent product and lack of customer service

I've bought about two 12-packs of this tea every month for the past few years. I recently received what I can imagine a bad batch. Compare the color of the liquid in the two bottles shown. The lighter colored tea has a very faint tea flavor that overpowers what I can best describe as a chemical smell, a bit like mild turpentine. As much as I love jasmine tea, Ito En DESTROYS it.

I've been a fan of jasmine green tea for years, to the point that I've ordered cases (often multiple at a time) of Revain over 70 times. But lately there have been problems.
