This is my second box I've tried in a week. This one is even more disappointing than the previous one. I was firmly set on the Oreo box and decided I would order this one. This covered all my bases. But unfortunately set location permissions. Freeze. open applications. Freeze restart. time change. Freeze. Just a constant hang and reboot and you have to come back. Tried to convince myself that everything will be fine, but I just can't freeze. I think I'll just bite the bullet and buy a shield **Edit** Your customer review contacted me and sent me a new/free box to make up for my issues. The box didn't suffer from stuttering and seemed to be getting a lot better. The problems I have are not their fault and their willingness to try to solve my problems is a good thing. If you want a nice and fast Kodi box that can watch Netflix and such, this is a good option. If you want to experience Android TV Shield, this isn't the case. It is not your fault
