Pleasant to do business with and good at understanding complex topics
I like how they help clients understand IP issues; it's always been hard for me personally because everything has such specific requirements in regards of patents/copyright etc., but if you need someone who can walk through things step by simple steps - this team will be able solve your problem! Nothing much here as far from my knowledge (but please correct any mistakes). We've used them previously when we were looking into obtaining software copyrights so basically just making sure our documentation was written well enough or else there would have likely not even seen an agreement signed between us due lack quality docs =(.
Pros

- Very communicative with both parties involved.
- Great experience working along side other people within organization(from past experiences)
- Helpful information provided upon request via email correspondence
Cons
- Not many negative aspects that really pop up
