I would recommend measuring your elbow to determine the correct size for you. My biceps were XS and my forearm M, but my elbow was L. Based on the measurement guide, I bought an S instead of XS and could hardly put them on, so I ordered an M (I put them on). and it clamped a bundle to bend my arm). After two suggested measurements, I chose my "correct" size and ordered L. A week after ordering S (and $15 later for a restocking and expedited shipping fee), I received L and they fit perfectly. . The biceps and forearm are loose, but the rest of all the protection fits snugly, and the spandex wraps well around my arms and prevents them from moving. I'm 6 feet and 150 pounds. I know my body is built differently due to my build and lifestyle, but a simple "measure your elbow too" line to measure would be ideal as my elbows make up the majority of my arm. The suggestion to only measure the biceps and forearm is where the "gel grip" is, but to be honest I couldn't wear them following her advice. I almost never lift anything above my waist and always lift with my feet instead of my feet. behind, so I have big legs, medium forearms and small biceps. It's not the perfect size for these shin guards, but the L (although it doesn't fit at the ends) fits well and I can bend my arms slightly.
