Purchased after my wonderful Brookstone foot massager died after over 10 years of use. I used a coupon on the site so I paid a little less than the list price. I think the massager is good for the price I paid, although it's not as deep a foot massage as the Brookstones with large handles. You can of course push your feet deeper into the handles for a deeper massage as directed on the product page. Overall, I am satisfied with this product that has an additional temperature setting. I recommend as a good value product in a good size. No complaints.
