Not sure if it works or not, take 2 pills twice a day. I bought it to aid in digestion and general health. I take a lot of supplements and only stick to those that I feel make me feel better. I like that they are in supplement form but not sure if they work. They also have no problems with tasting and purple backup. I will most likely buy them back for a few months to see if they interfere with my work. Most supplements take more than two months to experience the full benefits.
