Here is some more info on the Walker Dynomax 41973. It has an ID of 3" to 2.5". The reducing sleeve is 6 inches long. Using a micrometer to measure, it was aluminized steel 1/16 inch thick and 1.79 mm thick. This is a well built item that is fairly well deburred and suits my needs well.
