But cuts great.

Got it today, had to try it! First I cut out a circle and was very impressed! There were no jagged lines, and as long as I applied enough force, the paper stayed in place. But the project I got this for has a defined scope and is pre-printed; so this is the REAL test. It didn't fail miserably, but it took me a few minutes to get it right. Pros: cuts big circles great, light weight, non-slip, centering pin barely touched the paper and didn't break the mark (if that's important to you). The blade retracts and is safely stored when not cutting. Cons: It was difficult to align the center because the pen is hard to see, my circle is not very big so the handle to hold the cutter and the handle to rotate and the cut is very tight; My hands kept getting in my way and I accidentally lifted the cutter and lost the middle. If you have a pre-printed project like mine or are cutting out smaller circles, you can either use a glue board or just get a hole punch.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
