The tool is very intuitive, the user interface is simple and easy to follow. It has many useful features like risk profile calculations, budgeting, KPIs, scorecards. It's a great product for any size organization. There are not many advanced features which could be available only with paid version. But it still works fine with the free version. We use this software primarily for managing our operational budgets of major projects. We also track progress against KPIs and manage risk profiles. I like their approach as it seems very thorough in its analysis, especially when you can provide them with actual data that supports your decision making needs. Their pricing could be more competitive (the cost might seem somewhat high for what they do). We are using DF primarily to make sure we are not missing out on any opportunities. They have also helped us identify areas where our organization has potential but isn't currently maximizing those opportunities.
