I like that it is very flexible with its ability to be used across multiple departments, projects, and business units within an organization. It has been a bit clunky in the past when using the tool for our IT support team, but we have made significant progress in improving this. The reporting functionality is also limited compared to other tools. I would like to see more customization and user interface improvements. There are several options available to us to create forms and reports, however they are not always intuitive or easy to use. We have been able to create custom workflows for different functions such as email notifications, incident tracking, project management, etc. This has helped improve productivity greatly.
