Great solution if you want quick implementation of your workforce planning

I like that it is very flexible with its ability to be used across multiple departments, projects, and business units within an organization. It has been a bit clunky in the past when using the tool for our IT support team, but we have made significant progress in improving this. The reporting functionality is also limited compared to other tools. I would like to see more customization and user interface improvements. Great tool to automate the work and save time.

The best part about this product is that it has many features which are helpful for our business needs. It's easy to use,it can be used by anyone without any professional training or experience. I like its user friendly interface and how simple it makes my work easier. Robust tool and easy-to -use interface

The best thing about this product is that it has so many features which are very helpful when managing an IT Service Desk, from ticketing to knowledge management or even service catalogs! Also there's no need for additional software as everything can be done in one place with all its functions included (ease of use). Very powerful tool for daily control over website performance

I can say that my experience with it is very pleasant, both in terms of work as well training. The quality support team always ready for any kind assistance at all times! It's not so easy to find such specialists who are able help you solve your problems quickly.
