The best thing about this product is that it has so many features which are very helpful when managing an IT Service Desk, from ticketing to knowledge management or even service catalogs! Also there's no need for additional software as everything can be done in one place with all its functions included (ease of use). I do not like how sometimes you have issues connecting your computer because they don't give any explanation why something doesn’t work well enough but only say "we're sorry we couldn” t help more". There shouldn"T always just tell me "sorry", show some kind of support by explaining what went wrong instead.".
