Easy enough interface, good support

I like how easy it was for me to use this program as well as its customer service department. It's not too confusing so anyone can navigate through easily. Sometimes when you click something or go somewhere your screen just freezes up! This happens with other programs but they have great techs who are willing to help fix problems if needed which makes things better in my opinion. If there were more features available then maybe people wouldn't be complaining about their computers freezing…

SBN - Great software, great support

It’s easy for customers and employees to access our accounting information. We have never missed payroll & it gives us immediate access when we want it! I like that it was user friendly and had everything organized in one place! There are some things missing but they always update so thats ok. Do your research. If you're looking for something that's going to be around forever then look elsewhere because this system will fail eventually and cost more time/money than its worth if continued use…

Great tool that helps keep track and organize staffing assignments

The ease in which you can use this system for multiple departments across your organization makes it very easy when troubleshooting issues or adding new features/modules! There isn't much I dislike about this platform as there are many helpful resources available via training videos, forums & chat room etc., however some modules could be more intuitive (e.g.: scheduling). This has helped us streamline our service department by allowing each customer record to have their own unique schedule…

Great platform, great experience & awesome support

I like how easy it makes scheduling appointments for my customers with me at work! It's also very useful when we have an issue or questions regarding our service calls because they are right there in front us as well!! Sometimes you can't see what part your customer has selected so this helps out alot. Nothing really but if i was looking into purchasing another system maybe look elsewhere? We use sbn primarily just due its ease-of -use along w/the fact that everything works together seamlessly

  • Also ableto assign tasks directly through their platform instead having someone call back later.

  • Secret
