It’s easy for customers and employees to access our accounting information. We have never missed payroll & it gives us immediate access when we want it! I like that it was user friendly and had everything organized in one place! There are some things missing but they always update so thats ok. Do your research. If you're looking for something that's going to be around forever then look elsewhere because this system will fail eventually and cost more time/money than its worth if continued use. Being able to log into my computer as an employee and see all departments at once. The ease of use for our staff in the field and the ability to have detailed reports for our clients. I am not sure there are any dislikes as it has been easy to train my team on this system. We are able to easily track the status of our work orders and keep up with the progress of each job. This has also allowed us to stay organized and keep our jobs under control.
