Omni tracker improves efficiency & productivity

The best thing about omnitracker is that you can keep track of everything whether it be employee attendance, time off, sick leave or vacation time etc. Omnitracker has improved our working environment by providing us with a tool where we can easily track all things related to employees. I must say that this software is user friendly. There are a few minor bugs at times but nothing too big. This software is easy to use and does not require much training, once you get used to it you will find…

User interface, it's really easy for use and understand. I like that you can monitor all devices in your network. You can create rules, filters and alarms easily. You can also manage tickets and projects from this tool. The only thing that i don't like is that sometimes it crashes or stops working. It works as expected. I recommend Omnitracker to everyone who want to have a simple and effective way to track their devices. It helped me a lot to keep track of my devices and to create reports…

Pros
  • And last but not least no hardware needed! : ) We just need internet connection via VPN client + access credentials through local firewall server.

I like how easy Omnitracker makes it for me, as well as my team members, to communicate internally about our projects in terms that are understandable by all involved. There's no way we could have communicated effectively without this tool! The ability of omnitrackers to keep track of tasks assigned and completed has been invaluable when dealing with internal clients or colleagues who may not be familiar at first glance with what you do day-to-day.   • Ability assign multiple approvers per card which is very helpful once people start getting busy.
  • Great customer service from folks answering questions via email quickly during business hours even though remote workers' schedules vary wildly around time zones due only having daytime access while US employees can log into anytime 24x7 regardless.
  • Very responsive support staff willing help out whenever necessary whether before office hrs OR outside typical call center opening times

One of the best ways to track project performance

Omntracker enables us to monitor all our projects in one place, so that we can see what's going on at any given time.The dashboard view of each project allows for easy task monitoring as well as resource allocation reporting within the platform itself. I like how omntrackers reports are very clean and show all information needed without too much clutter. The integration process was not straightforward. We had multiple issues relating to data migration (the majority). The customer support team…
