I like how easy Omnitracker makes it for me, as well as my team members, to communicate internally about our projects in terms that are understandable by all involved.
There's no way we could have communicated effectively without this tool! The ability of omnitrackers to keep track of tasks assigned and completed has been invaluable when dealing with internal clients or colleagues who may not be familiar at first glance with what you do day-to-day. That said, there isn't anything specific that would improve upon if they were already perfect. For us, OmniTracker solves many problems related to communications within large teams - both those working directly together (say engineers) but also more remotely where the client/customer cannot always see their own work product clearly enough to understand exactly what needs done next.
