I like how easy it makes scheduling appointments for my customers with me at work! It's also very useful when we have an issue or questions regarding our service calls because they are right there in front us as well!! Sometimes you can't see what part your customer has selected so this helps out alot. Nothing really but if i was looking into purchasing another system maybe look elsewhere? We use sbn primarily just due its ease-of -use along w/the fact that everything works together seamlessly (i think).
