I really like my new water bottle - it's aesthetically pleasing, large (not too big and not too small), easy to clean and I appreciate the little rope handle on top for easy holding of the bottle (sometimes the silicone cap becomes a bit slippery due to condensation). The wide mouth of the bottle also makes it more convenient. So far I am very happy with my purchase. This is actually my second bottle - I dropped my original bottle a few weeks after receiving it and the bottom broke. Admittedly, I was a bit surprised that there was a crack when it landed on the silicone-covered part of the bottle. I contacted customer service about my broken bottle and they immediately offered to send a replacement. Working with Serina was incredibly easy and pleasant, and I received my replacement quickly.
