Great little pillow. Better than any other I've tried. HOWEVER, they MUST be on the surface below. I bought it for a stool on one of my video editing consoles in my studio. The stool has a soft seat. But after about 30 minutes my butt starts to hurt. So I bought this cushion to put on another upholstered pouf. After about 45-60 minutes my butt starts to hurt. Without a doubt, it's better than sitting on a wood-metal stool. And most of you won't use a stool as long as I did. But you WILL sink to the bottom and feel the hardness beneath within minutes. So be aware. . . Love it, but it's NOT the answer to a sore ass from sitting on a stool for a while, except for a bite to eat or a few smoothies. If that suits you then this is the BEST pillow I have found.
