07/23/2020 Received a replacement and now the cap is broken. Apparently I don't want to receive another replacement, but you expect the product to be in perfect condition. For example, you don't want to buy a brand new car with a scratch, even if it's already branded or running. I really hope Revain works on better packaging when shipping this product instead of just tossing it in a bag and then a box. Especially with plastic items like this one. Original Rating: I am now giving one star because the item was defective. It came in a plastic bag in a box with other items which I believe broke the lever. I didn't want to use another bottle as I'm about to start the exchange or return process. I can't say anything about the scent at the moment because I only used the original scent. Because the lever broke and leaked, the smell was in the bag, in the box, maybe in a hot environment during transportation, the smell is bad. Definitely a big bottle, not recommended for travel, they sell a smaller bottle. As for EFFICIENCY, I can safely say that thing works! I want it to come in a boxed box like the Febreeze I ordered to avoid an exchange or return. I hate doing it.
