"Lift " is by far my favorite software that I use in daily operations and customer service
The ability for everyone involved within an organization (clients/users) have access via email or mobile devices as well so there are no delays when someone needs something during off hours! This also allows us all stay current regarding any changes made from what has been seen at previous visits etc..
As previously mentioned it gives clients / users direct feedback if they need assistance while using our services this removes awkward situations of needing 2 people instead one working alone which can be difficult especially now days!!
Pros
- Ease in use
- Accessibility to anyone who is needed by their client easy user interface with quick responses.
- Cost effective option without sacrificing quality work done!!!
Cons
- Nothing really comes easily but I think that's good because we get better over time
