I regret trying this terrible product. The description says it is a repair kit so I tried it on a cracked kitchen chair. It did nothing to repair the cracks. The product packaging says it is a skin balm so I figured I would use it to heal my stools without cracking. It was a big mistake. This product looks like sticky black paint. Just as you would not use paint to repair a drywall tear, you would not use paint to repair any type of leather repair. I see swirl marks when applying this product and cannot remove them. My chairs have gotten noticeably worse since trying this repair kit. The applied layer is sticky. The directions say to let it soak for a few days, but that's not something that gets absorbed. This is a separate layer that is still tacky after four days. I've tried various products to remove this stuff from chairs or neutralize the stickiness and so far haven't found anything that works. Overall using this product was a huge mistake and it damaged my chairs instead of fixing them. This is not a repair kit or balm.
