I have ADHD and used to think I was 'time blind'. My ability to sense how much time has passed has improved significantly since I started using one of them. I also hesitate less because I know things like washing a sink full of dishes only take 15 minutes, a task I used to find incredibly difficult. Thanks to this visual timer, my productivity has skyrocketed in every aspect of my life. I take it with me everywhere, even to work. In the end I decided to buy another to keep one at work. However, my plans fell through miserably because my husband started using it and actually claimed it. He also carries it with him everywhere, home and to work. As we both use our time more efficiently thanks to our visual timers, we have more free time to have fun. My stress levels have gone down and I feel like I have more control over my life. This is probably one of the best buys of my life. 100% recommended.
