barely glows well for vinyl film

So this item barely glows (5 hours in direct light). I make and sell decals and thought this would be a great way to get ahead. Well it's basically white vinyl rolled as tightly as possible. It would be worth a try, but it didn't work. Should have listened to other reviews.
