What a great cup warmer! I love how smooth and smooth the surface is (it wears out a lot less than my old one) and how easy it is to control. I like it when I forget to turn it off, turns it off for me. It also came with clear written instructions which is a luxury these days! My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is how big it is. I have photos with my old Mr. Coffee and you can see it was MUCH smaller. This mug warmer is definitely oversized and takes up more space on my desk than it needs to. The mug in the picture is large (it holds 20 ounces or 2.5 cups) and the warmer it is, the smaller. I think the size would be good for keeping a large bowl of soup warm. High quality, but very large cup warmer. Recommended, but be sure to read the very accurate measurements in the description!
