ZERO stars After reading the reviews of the System X family of bridge boards and looking at the photos, quality and durability. I pulled the trigger and bought the system, what a complete disappointment! Received the shelf today and was shocked that the stainless steel shelf came in a box nailed together. I opened it and the pieces crouched and knocked aside. There is no protective film on the stainless steel or packaging to prevent scratches or bumps against each other. No remittances, no further searching, no bolts or screws, no worn out parts. WT FI is returning this product with a total disappointment, I hope the perforated panel is in the best condition, has the hardware and at best a guide on how to install it. I have attached the photos and am very sad that I spent over $50 on this. For a premium product it's not worth it. I do not recommend this product as it is disappointing and lacking in details. It's good to note that the shelf was constructed of thick, durable stainless steel, but again, unfortunately, no screws or fasteners were included to place it on the pegboard. .
