We bought this product about a month and a half ago and it worked fine for the first two weeks. We unplugged the router for a few days during Hurricane Florence to avoid a power surge as we anticipated a power outage. The router hasn't worked since then. We ended up buying another router that worked great. Internet is now faster than with a Wise Tiger router. The problem is that since the power outage, the wifi disconnects 2 or 3 times a day and we have to restart the router. Sometimes resetting doesn't work either, so we have to unplug it, wait and plug it back in. EVERY TIME we reboot the router, the WiFi name is reset and it shows as an unsecured network. We need to log into the Wise Tiger website to rename the wifi and set the security and password. After figuring this out for a couple of weeks the wifi went down completely and no reset got us back online so we had to go out and buy another router. Now that it has been more than 30 days since our purchase, we cannot return this item.
