I don't use this on salads or other foods. LAUGH OUT LOUD! I use this for spin art! It works great with alcohol inks, refill inks and even paint! So fun and easy to make - almost addictive lol! You get great backgrounds for postcards or other projects, or great die-cuts! Very easy to clean. Easy to use. Sturdy product and not big at all.
