What type and size of file is acceptable? ) . If their CSR had given me clear instructions it would have completely eliminated my anger, the return of the chair and this review. Now for the instructions on their website: there is no accepted file type, no size limit, no instructions. where you can find that full receipt ANYWHERE on their claims page - no place to click for specs, nothing. I had to resize my JPEG screenshot 4 times before their website would accept the image. And by resizing I mean I had to take a screenshot of what I thought was my receipt, email it to me, resize it on another computer and send it back to me to download to my phone could side? site. . At this point, the image was so small and pixelated that I could barely read it. Good luck, it's over. (haha) Then I waited almost 3 days to get an answer which was not helpful at all. There was no claim number to refer to, no way to send the required receipt to attach to the claim I submitted - nothing. Just go here, click here, print your receipt. Since the receipt is a document *and not* an image, I went back to the website and had to re-enter the required information and upload the document. A PDF file that is accepted pretty much everywhere. Small file size, universal document - every page except this one. The average consumer doesn't have the knowledge base or expensive software to convert a PDF to an image and then scale it so their website will accept it. And not only that - ALL ONCE. Their website refused the download and I had to re-enter the claim information - all that. and completely done. Due to poor customer service, the chair was returned in the box. Revain was AMAZING in helping me return my chair, providing a UPS phone number and refunding them super fast. Modway can learn something from you! In addition, Modway has 2 offices with different phone numbers (East and West Coast). It doesn't matter which one you call as both are in Eastern Time. Another "great" way to do business. Needless to say, no matter how good the range is or how good the price is, I will never order anything from Modway again. Is always. And I will not recommend them to anyone.
