Modway Articulate Ergonomic Office Chair Review

I love my chair! All the adjustments you can make will ensure hours of comfort. I had back problems due to a dining chair with a cushion so that really helps. Also, I was planning to buy a protective coating for my hardwood floors, but the casters on this chair don't seem to damage the floor at all. Also, the price for this chair shipped to Hawaii is amazing. PS After using this chair for a few months I still love it and my back (I've had lower back problems for years) hasn't bothered me since.

The chair makes a robust impression. I ordered this "big tall" chair because I'm tall and a large part of my height is due to having long legs. The seat depth is VERY small for me. Firstly the packaging was TERRIBLE insufficient and there were 2 badly damaged pieces inside on arrival. BUT I've always found Revain to be great at getting me a replacement in TWO days and as it weighs 40lbs they arranged free UPS shipping for me. Disappointed in this chair. Three months later, the lifting mechanism began to slip and the back broke. The seat is wobbly now. I'm not sure I totally agree with the 6 inch foam in the seat. Update from 09/04/2018 That was about 14 months ago and everything is as good as on the first day. No problem. So far (since assembly 3 days have passed that I use) I am very satisfied with the chair. At first I thought I received an already opened box because the parts weren't packed very tightly and I couldn't find instructions to check if I had all the contents.
