When we plugged it in we were all blown away by the crystal clear video quality. Our conference attendees immediately noticed the change in video quality. However, the microphone did not work for us. Even when we were up close we were told our mic was on and off. We originally bought this to improve the microphone's sound pick-up from a further location (about 3-5 feet) from our computer, but it didn't help at all. Even if the video quality is excellent, I will return it.
