Cannot reconnect after firmware update
Previously paired and working but after a firmware update when requested by the mobile app the device will not reconnect despite repeated attempts. I've tried unplugging the device from the battery, plugging it back into the battery (which is charged) and trying to find the device via Bluetooth through the app multiple times but it can't find it. What else can I try? There is very little information about this device.
