Bought these for my 7 year old daughter who just outgrew the Big Kid sizes Capezio. for slippers. Their 2.5w capezios were too tight so we chose a size 6 (women's) for this style and they fit more snugly than their previous children's shoes, too small. I am sending them back in a size 7.5 which seems crazy for my 7 year old daughter. If you're going from "big kid" to "woman sizing" I would suggest ordering a few sizes larger than you think you need. I've heard the general rule is to add 2 sizes for big kids to the equivalent for women. For us we added 4 sizes because we thought it was the size we need and it was far from what we needed. .
