You get what you pay for
I wanted a feather duster for my 20 foot ceilings and went with one of the cheaper options as I only mop my ceilings a couple of times a year. On first use, the stick bent when I pulled it back. I can't completely remove it now. It's definitely a long boot and it does what it's supposed to do, just the quality isn't great. If it's something you only use intermittently it might be worth it, but if it's something you use a lot I'd go for something more permanent.
