02/02/2021I recently had my ears pierced and wanted to wear titanium minimalist sleep jewelry in my earlobes in case I develop a sensitivity to metals. Titan 16g minimalist options are very few! It's two for $9. 6mm is the perfect length for my earlobes and the 3mm bead is true to size (though smaller than I expected, nice surprise). One side unscrewable. Haven't lost a ball after sleeping with them for a week. They are of excellent quality and very comfortable. I had trouble getting the earrings in my ears, I had to get someone to help me put them in and put the ball on the bar and then I had to spin it myself. I have little fingers and this has made my ear a little tender, playing with the embellishment to get a good angle and making sure I roll it tight enough. The balls are so small I was afraid of dropping one down the drain. This isn't for you if you have thumbs or don't have a friend who can help. If I buy jewelry in a shorter length I will consider the clasp option, not the ruffled one. 6/21/2021 I've checked them from time to time to see if they need tightening and they don't. They are still in my ears and I sleep on my side, I haven't lost them and there is no sign of an allergic reaction in my ears.
