After 10 months of use 2 Moog ball joints have failed. One of the witches has a torn boot that expels lube at the same rate as me. No problem. Lifetime warranty is the reason I bought it. Not correct! I started with Moog customer service and they referred me to an authorized seller. So after the 10 step program, Revain even offer to talk to someone, they tell me I need to contact the manufacturer. At that moment I did not accept this Avnser. After a few deductions I'm offered a refund deducting a restocking fee which is refunded on return but they won't send new ones. I'm sorry I can't drive my car without ball joints. I'm moving my business elsewhere and I think I'll bear the upfront cost.
