NETGEAR AC3000 is a great WiFi range extender. I live in an old New England house with thick walls and floors. The WIFI router in the house struggled to deliver a stable signal to the 2nd floor - barely a trace of connected devices on the 2nd floor with random disconnects. I spent some time researching WiFi range extenders and decided that NETGEAR would be the best option. The repaired device also made financial sense. Setup is easy, no-fuss, and the results are amazing! After pairing a 2.4g and 5.0g connection to my router, I get a stable 4 bar-of-5 connection on the 2nd floor of a house that used to have laptops, phones struggled to reach 1 bar. This is an amazing WiFi range extender that will surely find its place among the many competitors.
